Wenatchee Valley Museum & Cultural Center

Incorporated in 1939, Wenatchee Valley Museum & Cultural Center is an active community resource which preserves area history, exhibits and interprets geology and art, and leads community partnerships to provide the region with entertaining educational activities and multi-cultural events. Museum projects have included festivals such as "A Gathering of Tribes", exhibits including "River of Memory: The Everlasting Columbia", and special events like the Guninness Book of World Records winning World's Largest Apple Pie. The museum serves our region by providing fun educational and cultural experiences for visitors to enjoy.

Collections:
Artifacts, an extensive historical photograph collection, archives and art tell the story of North Central Washington and the Columbia River Basin. Reproductions of historical photographs are available for purchase.

Programs:
Experience hands-on activities during family programs; regular presentations by the Ice Age Floods Institute/Wenatchee Erratics and the Audobon Society. Educational tours, programs and portable "museum to you" boxes are available.

The Museum Store carries a selection of unique gifts, books, jewelry, original apple crate labels and much more.
