Description:
The Rourke Art Gallery Museum, a 501(c)(3) organization located in Moorhead, Minnesota, is seeking a dynamic leader with a passion for the visual arts to serve as Executive Director.

Responsibilities:
The position requires a hands-on, multifaceted leader, able to manage an impressive art collection and rotating exhibits, maintain and develop relationships, supervise staff and volunteers, assist with fundraising, and creatively promote The Rourke Art Gallery and The Rourke Art Museum as educational institutions and tourism destinations.

Requirements
Master's degree in an arts related field preferred. Bachelor's degree, plus three years management success in the visual arts, arts education, or in a nonprofit arts setting required.
