Description:
Management position that will lead internal ticket and membership sales efforts. Responsible for implementing and maintaining sales and customer service culture within admissions team. Responsible for analyzing ticket sales data and reporting on key performance indicators. Manages admission team, registration and sales and chief projectionist. Contributes to efforts to build robust data on visitors and streamlines ticketing system process.
Responsibilities:
Cultivate a sales and marketing culture within front line staff. Measure and reward ticket and membership sales performance.
• Responsible for all box office functions, including: oversight of ticketing software, scheduling, hiring and training of front line staff.
• Manage registration and sales team and streamline process with box office staff to continually improve response time
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in related field preferred, with at least three years of proven excellence in guest relations and sales and customer service. MS Excel, MS Word, knowledge of Ticketmaster or other ticketing systems preferred.
