Description:
Dynamic leader for a position with a newly developed Museum. The Executive Director reports to the Board of Directors and is responsible for advancing the achievement of the organization's mission and financial objectives. CMNWA is seeking a candidate who can take the organization from the ground level with programming and a facility.

Responsibilities:
The Executive Director is responsible for implementation and/or oversight of fund raising, grant and proposal writing, marketing, public relations, programming/exhibits, staffing, strategic planning, operations, community partnerships, and finances.

Educational Requirements:
BA or BS degree in a related field, masters preferred
